Teen Mental Health First Aid (peer-to-peer)

In this course, we work with groups of young people to inform and educate. Getting the facts right about mental health and showing what some next steps can look like for themselves and their peers when life gets difficult.

Have you ever felt like the advice you receive from adults and friends is worlds apart? Are you unsure where to get the right information you can actually trust?

Our Mental Health First Aid Teenevery is made for young people. In this short course, we'll provide facts, not opinions. We aim to empower every participant in a safe, judgement-free space designed for all young people.

The sessions are designed to cultivate an understanding of mental health issues in a relatable and accessible way. It offers teens the skills to support their peers and recognise the signs of mental health concerns. Engage with interactive content that speaks directly to the teenage experience, fostering empathy and practical support strategies within the student community.

By participating, teens learn to care for others and gain valuable insights into their mental health, promoting a culture of well-being and mutual support.
